Big LePowSki Clinics
All clinics are 2.5 hours, and run from 9-11:30am and 1-3:30pm. Each participant can pick one morning and one afternoon clinic. Below are the clinics and their descriptions.

EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS:
-Your own skis, boots and poles, or snowboard and boots. There will be demo skis for you to try.
-Helmet.
-Beacon, shovel and probe if you are attending the Avalanche Beacon Workshop or Backcountry Basics clinic.
-Camera or video camera if you are taking the film or photo workshop.
-A big smile and a good attitude.
CLINICS:
Avalanche Beacon Workshop
-Learn search techniques using the latest beacons on the market, including single and multiple burial scenarios.
-Test the different new beacons on the market or practice with your own beacon.
-Learn how to quickly dig out your buddy.
-Learn how to probe for a victim properly.
-All provided by the local Pieps specialists.
Backcountry Basics
-You’re a good skier/boarder who mostly rides in-bounds and wants to start going more side or backcountry.
-Learn the basics of backcountry travel.
-Learn the basics of using a beacon, shovel & probe.
Freeride Film Workshop
-You’re an amateur videographer who’d like to shoot videos of a pro
skier/boarder, or your family & friends while skiing/riding.
-You’d like to learn more about videography in a winter environment (snow, fog, sun, etc)
Freeride Photo Workshop
-You’re an amateur photographer who’d like to shoot photos of a pro
skier/boarder, or your family & friends while skiing/riding.
-You’d like to learn more about photography in a winter environment (snow, fog, sun, etc)
Freeride Workshop for Beginners
-You can ski/snowboard.
-You have the courage and desire to learn something new.
-You want to improve on your technique.
-You want to ski/snowboard with and learn a few things from a Pro Rider.
Freeride Workshop for Advanced Skiers
-You’re a good skier/snowboarder who can ride both on- and off-piste.
-You have the confidence but sometimes lack the technique.
-You want to ski/snowboard with and learn a few things from a Pro Rider.
Park Tricks
-You can ski/snowboard.
-Learn the rules and etiquette of the park.
-Learn how to ski/snowboard both forward and backward.
-Learn how to jump/slide and land.
Splitboarding 101
-You can snowboard and mostly ride in-bounds.
-You want to learn how to use a splitboard to start riding side and backcountry.
-Lean the initial setup of a splitboard, tips on the approach, and how to quickly transition from split to ride mode.
Steeps Clinic
-You’re a good skier/snowboarder.
-You have the confidence but sometimes lack the technique.
-You want to ski/snowboard with and learn a few things from a Pro Rider.

Women’s Freeride Clinic
-You can ski/snowboard.
